Full Residential Cleaning
This is our most popular cleaning package and is designed to keep your home at a high standard of clean on a regular basis. We provide full residential cleanings on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis. Our pricing for regular full residential cleanings is determined by a number of factors including the size of your home, the level of cleaning needed each visit, and the frequency of the cleanings.
Our Full Residential Cleaning package includes the following:
All rooms:

Dust all furniture, picture frames, knick knacks, window ledges, and baseboards.

Dust light fixtures, lamp shades, and ceiling fans.

Dust heating registers and baseboards.

Safely clean electronics such as TV's and computer monitors.

Dust blinds.
-
Make beds in bedrooms.
-
Change sheets on beds, upon request, for a small additional fee.

Spot clean windows, as needed.

Vacuum all carpets, area rugs, and hard surface floors

Wet mop all hard surface floors.

Remove trash / Empty wastebaskets.

Tidy the overall appearance of the room
Kitchen and Bath Cleaning
This cleaning package targets just your bathrooms and kitchen on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. These rooms tend to get used the most in any home, and need the most attention. We recommend that bathrooms and kitchens be cleaned on a weekly basis, although bi-weekly may work for some homes. Our pricing for Kitchen and Bathroom cleaning is determined by a number of factors including the number of bathrooms you have, the square footage of your kitchen, and what type of appliances your kitchen has.
Our Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning includes the following:
Kitchens:

Clean and disinfect counters, backsplash, sinks, cabinet doors (front and handles), small appliances (coffee makers, toaster oven), microwave (inside and out), refrigerator doors, dishwasher (front), stove hood, stove top and front.

Clean any windows above sink.

Spot clean patio doors (inside).

Dust ceiling fans, baseboards, and window ledges.

Vacuum area rugs.

Wet mop all hard surface floors.
Bathrooms:

Clean and disifnect showers, bathtubs, sinks, vanities, backsplashes and toilets.

Clean and disinfect mirrors.

Polish all chrome fixtures and faucets.

Dust ceiling fans, baseboards, and window ledges.

Vacuum area rugs.

Sanitize and wet mop all hard surface floors
Move In / Move Out Cleaning
These cleanings are very deep cleanings and are designed to give your home a full top to bottom, thorough cleaning prior to moving in or once you have moved out.
Move In / Move Out cleanings Include all of the services offered in a full residential cleaning with the addition of the following:

Cabinets (Kitchen, Bathroom, Built-ins) - inside and out

Closets - inside and out
-
Blinds - Dusted and wet washed, as needed

Baseboards, door frames and interior doors - wet washed.

Front door / Patio door glass inserts cleaned - inside and out
Window Cleaning
We do offer window cleaning on a limited basis. We offer full window cleaning inside and out to windows that tilt in and that can be accessed from inside the home. We also offer window cleaning of the insides only, for a reduced rate.
Window cleanings must be booked as a separate appointment. In some cases, we may be able to tack this service onto your regular cleaning, at additional cost, when staffing is available.
